It looks like we are done in Columbia, as I have confirmation the body found is that of the Drug lord. After Speaking with Admiral Clash, he confirms he never made it to the camp, as his GPS unit malfunctioned and sent them way off course. They were found by a Columbian military patrol and have now linked up with the main force heading back.
While the Columbians do not know why did this, and think it may be a rival cartel, the message on the way leads me to believe it is our old friends the BotC. The sick execution is there style, as is the message, I just do not understand why they would be involved.
I will keep you posted on anything else we find as we go over the photos of the scene.
