As discussed in the meeting, I am placing you in charge of getting together a volunteer squad for this operation. I will contact our three submarines that are currently finishing exercises with the US off Los Angeles and give them special tasking.
I have also made the Command Staff here aware of the implementation of GWO-1. Should I not available myself to implement it, the Command Staff will, with one condition. You will determine the level (c or d) based on your best judgment and Intel available.
Last item, I need that note decoded. See if you can find anyone in GNSF that can take a shot at it, as that may tell us who else is involved here. Make the note decoding priority 1.
