Follow up on the Cargo To: Fleet Admiral Stern

Sirs :
We have done an extensive sweep of the whole area, but can find no trace of any vehicle that could transport the cargo. We have also been monitoring all air traffic, but nothing has been in the area. We have several operatives in the area trying to figure out how this cargo was moved, but as of yet they have not found anything. They will attempt to infiltrate the dock area, as with the Military gone it should be fairly easy for them.
We have also just received an unconfirmed report that the Columbian Cartel has control of at least two Frigates, and possibly some Submarines. We have an operative working on confirming this, and gathering any information he can.
I will keep you informed of the situation in Cartagena.
