GLOBAL NAVAL STRIKE FORCE

INTELLIGENCE DEPARTMENT COMMUNIQUÉ

March 08 2009 - Director of Intelligence, GNSF HQ

Cartel has Cartagena Locked up Tight

To: Fleet Admiral Stern
Admiral Wallbanger

Sirs:

We have just recieved word today from the Columbian Government that they had sent forces in to try to take back Cartagena. It was a small group a Special Forces personell, but they were cut down in no time. Two managed to evacuate back to their base, and stated the Cartel was far to big and well placed to take out.

We also got confirmation from the president that there was indead a vidio tape telling them to back off. It seems they are very well armed and organized, and they will not risk any more personell trying another attack at this time. I will stay in contact with the Columbians and report on any future developments.

We have been closely watching the shipment on the docks at Tumaco, but as yet all the crates are still there. The satallites confirm nothing has yet moved, and the Military pressece is still extreamly high. What ever they have there, it seems extreamly important and valuable, but they dont seemed to have even opened any of them. We are totally baffled here as to what the shipment is, or why its just sitting there with 80% of their Military guarding it.

I will keep you informed of the situation in Cartagena, and let you know the moment anything happens at the docks at Tumaco.

CDR Brice Williams
