For all members submitting Web tickets.

Please remember to add as much information as you can when submitting a web ticket, as this makes it a lot easier to track down the problem. Ticket should contain as a minimum;

- Page that has the problem (URL address)
- description of problem
- any error messages showing
- any other data you think may be helpfull
